Function description
The ProfiSkim Wall 100 is a wall skimmer with a Stainless Steel Faceplate, Water flows from the pond through the inlet into the skimmer. Coarse dirt particles are flushed away and caught in the filter basket (e.g. leaves, insects). The skimmer flap prevents dirt particles from flowing back into the pool. The skimmer uses the gravitation principle without a circulation pump or operates with a circulation pump. The filtered water is returned to the pond through the outlet.
Intended use
- ProfiSkim Wall 100, referred to as "unit", may only be used as specified in the following:For cleaning water surfaces.
- Use in swimming ponds and natural pools.
- Use in fish ponds only with filter basket inserted. Regularly check the filter basket.
- Operate in accordance with instructions.
The following restrictions apply to the unit: • Do not use for commercial or industrial purposes.
Installing and adjusting the newt steps
The newt steps are a climbing aid for small animals who have been caught in the skimmer. The height of the steps can be adjusted (adapting the steps to the water level in the skimmer).
How to proceed: Remove the skimmer lid. – The small lid closes off the escape. Move the newt steps to the desired position.
